Dette praktverket inneholder ca. 2500 grafiske verk og tegninger fra Tangen-samlingen. Verket er delt opp i tre bind som bygger videre på Tangen-samlingen bind 1 og 2 som utkom i 2024. Ca. 700 nordiske kunstneres verk presenteres i dette storslåtte trebindsverket.
 
Kunst på papir utgjør en viktig del av Tangen-samlingen. I bind 5, presenteres 7 viktige kunstnere i samlingen på en bredere måte med en biografi. Dette inkluderer Rolf Nesch, Anna-Eva Bergman, Asger Jorn, Sam Vanni, Palle Nielsen, Ryszard Warsinski og Bjørn Ransve.
 
Tekstene i boken er skrevet av Merete Hovdenak som skriver om den norske delen av samlingen, Timo Valjakka tar for seg den finske delen og Jennifer Ramkalawon skriver om det nordiske sett utenfra.

These striking books contain an impressive collection of approximately 2,500 graphic works and drawings from the Tangen Collection.
 
The collection is divided into three volumes, building on Volumes 1 and 2, which were published in 2024. The collection represents the works of around 700 Nordic artists, offering an in-depth look at art on paper.
 
In Volume 5, readers are presented with a more comprehensive exploration of seven key artists in the collection, including Rolf Nesch, Anna-Eva Bergman, Asger Jorn, Sam Vanni, Palle Nielsen, Ryszard Warsinski, and Bjørn Ransve.
 
Each artist is given a detailed biography, providing readers with a deeper understanding of their works and artistic contributions. The texts in the book are written by three experts: Merete Hovdenak, who covers the Norwegian part of the collection; Timo Valjakka, who writes about the Finnish portion; and Jennifer Ramkalawon, who provides an external perspective on Nordic art.
 
Volume 5 also includes Nicolai Tangen's master's thesis on Rolf Nesch, written at The Courtauld Institute of Art in 2005, adding further academic depth to the understanding of this artist.
